Students walk through an exhibit

School Group Visit Request

School Group Visits take place entirely in the museum galleries where students engage with relevant thematic content and build learning skills such as observation, interpretation, and inference-making. Topics may be adapted for students in grades K–12 and university students when possible. For more information, visit  school group tours and school group workshops.

Carnegie Museum of Art and Carnegie Museum of Natural History offer limited scholarship funding each year for K–12 schools who demonstrate financial need. To be considered for funding, your student eligibility for the free and reduced school lunch program should be at least 20%. If you are interested in applying for scholarship assistance, please review the scholarship qualifications.
