New Calendar Event

Request forms are for internal staff only.

In order to receive marketing support of your event, please complete the form below. We will add your event to and follow up with you to discuss promotion.


Some general timing guidelines:

  • Please submit any regular events (Art Chats, social events, lectures) at least 8 weeks prior to the start date.
  • Please submit any major events (galas, events that need to fill the Music Hall, events with a high price point) at least 12 weeks prior to the start date.

Note: for all major exhibitions, we need a basic list of all related programs 6 months prior to the opening date. For smaller exhibitions like Forum, we need related programs 4 months out. This includes event type, ticketed or free, and approximate dates.


  1. Calendar Event form is submitted
  2. Marketing reviews details, prepares copy and images for website, and plots out promotion strategy
  3. Ticketing or registration is set up
  4. Publishing proofs and publishes to the web
  5. Once event is live on the site, promotion begins
