Join visiting artists for a series of hands-on drawing workshops! Inspired by the drawings of Lina Bo Bardi on view in the Heinz Architectural Center, this series invites you to draw how you see the world. The workshops take place in Lina Bo Bardi Draws and are part of ART TIL 8, where the museum stays open late every Thursday for 50% off admission.

No drawing skills are required! Materials will be provided.

February 20: Cynthia Lee

Cynthia Lee is a comics artist who creates illustrated stories that explore communication (or lack of), love, and loss. Lee’s practice places drawing at the core of life-long artistic experimentation.

March 5: Lucy Engelman

Lucy Engelman is an illustrator whose intricate line work is inspired by her fascination with the natural world. Engelman’s work extends beyond the page with imagery created for apparel, home goods, and wallpaper.

March 19: Maria Mangano

Maria Mangano's work focuses on the intersection of nature, museums, and science to address issues of wildness, conservation, memory, and humanity.
