CMOA on Ice Winter Party

Carnegie Museum of Art

This event has sold out.

Get your holiday season started right with an incredible 21+ blowout at Carnegie Museum of Art!

An ice-skating rink* taking over our magical Hall of Sculpture? Yes, you read that correctly. There will be skating… inside the museum. Skates will be available for you and your friends to show us your best Sidney Crosby impressions.

Featured (and free) activities include:

  • Triple axel the night away with free skate rental
  • Get a taste of some delicious Great Lakes Brewing Company beers
  • Grab a fistful of sweet treats from one of the biggest cookie tables Pittsburgh has ever seen!
  • Craft unique gifts: Screen print with Artist Image Resource or cast plaster ornaments in our newest architecture exhibition
  • Take fancy AF holiday card photos in front of reproductions of our classic paintings
  • Dance to jams from the 90s and early 2000s (and, of course, some of your favorite holiday hits) with DJ Scottro from 96.1 KISS
  • Check out the museum's annual Carnegie Trees and Neapolitan presepio Nativity scene displays
  • Explore our galleries on special expert-led art exhibition tours

Enjoy holiday cocktails or brews from one of our cash bars and delicious snacks, salads, and sandwiches from The Café Carnegie’s bar menu.

Attire: Wear your holiday best or your holiday worst.

*The ice is synthetic, but the skates are real!

Due to high demand, we have sold out of allotted early bird tickets more quickly than we anticipated. General tickets are now available, but they are limited. Be sure to get them quickly, as this event will sell out!
