Ordering Teenie Harris Digital Images for Publication

Ordering Through Getting Images

Over 500 digital image files from the Teenie Harris Archive are now available through the Getty Images website. There you will find costs based on usage and any other information you need to place an order. If you have questions, call 1.800.IMAGERY or visit their website to chat live with a Getty Images representative.

Ordering Through Carnegie Museum of Art

If the image you are looking for is not available on the Getty Images website, you can contact us through the electronic order form or submit a letter to the Rights and Reproductions department (address below). Please include the accession number of the image and the title. See our fee schedule for materials fees for each image format, and our terms and conditions for reproduction.

In addition, please be specific about the purposes for which the image will be used: study, in book text, cover art for a publication, scholarly journal, etc. For publications, include the publisher’s name and address, title and author, publication date, print run, languages, and distribution. Reproduction fees vary depending on use. Please allow 3–4 weeks processing time with regular service. Rush service within two weeks is available for most orders, for an additional fee.

You will receive a form reflecting the cost for the photographic materials that you have requested and any applicable reproduction fees. This is your invoice and your contract with the museum. By signing and returning this form with payment, you indicate that you understand and agree to the terms of the contract and to the museum’s general conditions for reproduction.
